Start Times
All races start at 8:30 a.m.
Start/Finish Line
On the Boardwalk in front of the Hilton Hotel-Casino; there will be no starting corral.
Race Number/Shirt/Timing Chip Pick-Up
Runners will receive participant T-shirts. Prior to race day, participants' Race Number, T-shirt, and Timing Chip between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on October 12th and 13th at the Registration Area located on Michigan Avenue between Arctic and Baltic Avenues in the AC outlet - "the Walk". On race day October 14th, pick-up will be at the Registration Area at the Hilton Hotel Theatre on the Boardwalk at Boston Avenue between 6:00 a.m. and 8:15 a.m.
Awards & Medals
Finisher medals will be awarded. The top three male and female finishers in each event will receive awards. Age group winners will also receive awards, which will go five deep in each age group.
Support & Facilities
There will be fourteen water stops along the marathon course; Gatorade will also be available at these locations.
Medics on bikes will patrol the course during the race. Massage services will also be available at the Hilton Hotel-Casino Start/Finish area.
Restroom facilities will be located at the Hilton Hotel-Casino Start/Finish area, and six portable toilets will be located along the marathon course.
Professional photographers will be located along the course.
Official Qualifier
The Atlantic City Marathon is an official Boston Marathon qualifier race. Event officials will mail the marathon results to the Boston Marathon race administration officials.
Parking
Non-casino and casino parking lots are located on Boston, Providence, and Montpelier Avenues off of Pacific Avenue and in the Hilton Casino enclosed self parking garage at Providence and Pacific Avenues. Valet parking is also available at the Hilton Hotel - Casino, or other nearby casino facilities. Parking fee is $3.00 at Hilton with a Hilton Players Card, and approximately $10.00 if you do not have a card. (See www.acoutlets.com registration parking on October 12th and 13th).
Baggage Check
A designated, prominently signed area within the Hilton Hotel Theatre, managed by the Miss Atlantic County Pageant, will provide race day baggage check. A one dollar ($1.00) fee will be charged for this service.
